1. You will receive an email from our company that includes the invoice for your order (be patient, it may take up to a few hours to receive). That invoice will state the name of the piece you have ordered, along with the pass code for the file.

2. Click on the link in the invoice for each individual piece and enter the pass code for the piece found on the invoice when prompted. At this point, your download will begin.

3. We recommend you use a laser printer to print your order because it is a large document. An ink jet printer will work, but will obviously take much longer. Make sure you have loaded between 75-100 pages of paper.
